Juan Carlos leads ABS (Alternative Bank Solutions), a pan-European loan origination and management platform backed by Adelaer, focused on delivering tailored real estate financing solutions to institutional lenders. Through ABS, he bridges the gap between capital providers and real estate sponsors across Europe, with a focus on speed, structure, and transparency. In parallel, he manages his own real estate development platform, with active projects in the residential and self-storage sectors in Madrid and Valencia, combining hands-on development expertise with deep capital markets experience.
