Biography

Mr Cleveland is a founding partner of StepStone Real Estate and oversees its activities in the EMEA. Mr Cleveland is member of the company’s board, investment committees and executive committee. At Clairvue, he was focused on originating and executing investments in the US and Europe. Before Clairvue, which he is a founding partner, he was a director at Liquid Realty Partners, an investment manager focused on real estate private equity secondaries. He has also served as a vice president at Capital Dynamics, a Swiss-based private equity manager, and worked in the debt capital markets divisions of Credit Suisse First Boston & Bank of America. Josh received a BA from University of South Carolina.
