Mr. Pepa serves as member of the Board of Directors and Chief Development Officer at Neinor Homes, a leading residential developer in Spain. He has over 20 years of real estate and investment banking experience. He was previously based in New York were he run the Latin America Private Financing division at UBS, and similar roles at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Pepa has a Business Degree from Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires.
