Jonathan Elkington
Biography
Jonathan is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Co-Investment-Real Estate at Alvarium. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing Alvarium’s real estate platform and sits on boards and investment committees of a number of Alvarium’s Joint Venture Partners. He has more than 20 years of experience in principal and private investment. Prior to setting up Alvarium, he founded and was a Partner at Prostar Capital, an advisory firm focused on corporate finance, real estate and international residential development. Prior to that he co-founded and was Managing Director at Deutsche Land, an AIM-listed real estate investment fund with AUM in excess of €600m.
