Joaquín Ros has more than 20 years’ experience in the Spanish Real Estate sector, as Director of Real Estate companies: Founder & CEO of Q21 Real Estate SL., a developer growing strongly in the residential market with a current portfolio of more than 1600 homes on the market. Director General of Grupo Pinar, developer specialized in homes in Spain, Portugal and Brazil, which managed and completed investments totaling over 1.5 billion euros. Financial Director at GMP, one of the largest developers and managers in the office sector in Spain. During his time at GMP, Joaquín Ros participated in the acquisition and management of real estate valuing 1.5 billion euros.
