Jim Eaton-Terry
Biography
Jim joined Quintain in October 2020 and is responsible for the company’s overall technology strategy, covering all aspects of the business from corporate IT, estate and building technology, operating systems to Quintain Living’s CRM requirements. Jim has a broad background in operational technology, having previously led IT teams at Flybe, Clarks and developed technology strategies for Premier Inn and most recently The Collective.

Quintain provides an institutional quality asset and property management solution combining property management, asset management and development functions.
