Jesús Conde

Jesús Conde is a Socio (Partner) in the Real Estate Department at Araoz & Rueda Abogados, having joined the firm in 2016. He specializes in the restructuring, negotiation, and execution of international real estate transactions, encompassing civil, commercial, planning, and administrative aspects. His expertise includes auction sales, sale & lease-back deals for industrial and commercial premises, complex office and retail leases, and forward funding agreements. Prior to Araoz & Rueda, he held partner and senior associate roles at Baker McKenzie, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Uría Menéndez. Mr. Conde earned his J.D. from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in 1996, graduating with honors. He is consistently recognized as a leading individual in Real Estate by directories like Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.
