Jerome Anselme
Biography
Jerome Anselme is a Managing Director responsible for sourcing executing and managing Northwood’s real estate investments in Europe. Mr. Anselme has 18 years of experience in real estate and investment banking. Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Mr. Anselme was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. He was involved in origination, distribution and asset management of commercial real estate debt as well as trading of secondary commercial real estate loans. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Anselme worked at Citigroup and JPMorgan. Mr. Anselme helped execute over $10 billion of mortgaged backed loans, CMBS, mezzanine and equity co-investments. Selected transactions include CenterParcs, Groupe du Louvres, and NHP.
