Prior to joining BWH Hotels, he held various positions at ACCOR Hotels, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of multiple properties. In his most recent role at ACCOR, Jeroen was responsible for the commercial management of Novotel and Mercure Amsterdam City, where he successfully led initiatives to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
