Jens Bohnlein
Biography
Jens Böhnlein serves as the Global Head of Real Estate at Siemens Healthineers AG, managing a vast portfolio of 516 locations in 76 countries. He joined in October 2024 from Commerz Real, where he was the Global Head of Asset Management and Sustainability, overseeing a 14 billion euro real estate portfolio with a focus on digitalization and sustainability. An architect by training, Böhnlein has held significant roles at CA Immo AG, Cushman & Wakefield, EY Real Estate, DTZ Zadelhof Tue Leung, and JLL. He is also the Chairman for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. At Siemens Healthineers, he emphasizes developing "Human Centric Spaces" and integrating ESG principles and hybrid work models into the real estate strategy.
