Jenny Wärmé
Biography
Jenny oversees the Legal and Compliance department and works with all legal issues within the Managing Company and its funds, including regulatory issues, specializing in private equity and investment structuring, fund formation, joint ventures, co-investment vehicles, real estate transactions, acquisitions and transfers of real estate companies and properties, and more. Jenny’s 15+ years of experience include holding key positions at Hembla AB, where she was Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs with Blackstone as a majority shareholder, D. Carnegie & Co AB, as Head of Legal of Corporate Affairs and responsible for listing the company on Nasdaq Mid Cap, and at Mannheimer Swartling as a Senior Associate. Jenny has also an extensive experience from serving as a non executive board member in various on Nasdaq listed companies such as Nyfosa, Tre Kronor, Amasten and Stendörren.
