Jean-Philippe Olgiati

Jean-Philippe Olgiati is a Partner at Weinberg Capital Partners, joining in 2018 to head the Real Estate team. With over 18 years of real estate experience, he is responsible for the discretionary WREP#3 fund, managing asset acquisitions and repositioning primarily in Paris, and oversees an OPCI investment vehicle for senior residences in France. Previously, he was Head of European Investments at BlackRock Real Estate from 2013 to 2018, where he became CEO at 35 and significantly developed its European real estate activities. Olgiati boasts a strong track record, having completed the acquisition, repositioning, and sale of over 300,000 m² of properties across France, Germany, and Italy. He was recognized as "Best Newcomer" by Business Immo and received the "Best European Deal of the Year" award from PERE. He is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
