Jean-Philippe Buti is Director of Engineering France at JLL. With over 15 years of experience in sustainable real estate and building performance, he advises institutional investors and asset managers on integrating ESG, decarbonization and climate resilience into investment and asset strategies. A civil engineer (INSA), he bridges engineering execution and capital allocation, translating regulatory constraints and technical performance into value protection and long-term return enhancement. His work focuses on portfolio and asset-level ESG structuring, energy transition roadmaps, due diligence and performance optimization across diversified real estate assets. He supports its clients in the operational implementation of these strategies at asset level to achieve compliance while creating value.
