Biography
Javier Rodriguez Heredia is a Managing Partner and Head of Real Estate at Grupo Azora, a prominent international alternative investment management platform based in Spain. He joined Azora in 2007, becoming instrumental in the firm's growth and previously led its Real Estate division, overseeing significant Living and Commercial Real Estate strategies. His expertise includes leading complex "special situation" transactions, such as distressed debt acquisition and company restructuring. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a finance degree from CUNEF. His extensive professional background spans 15 years in strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company, renewable energy, and the automotive sector before joining Azora.
