Javier Martin
Biography
With more than 15 years’ real estate experience, Javier has been responsible for several assets, from Shopping Centres and Retail Parks to Logistic Warehouses, with a total GLA of 303,000 sqm, c. €400m AUM and c. €35m annual rent. He is responsible for Investment and Asset Management of Logistic assets, sourcing new investment opportunities in Spain and Portugal and leading the transaction process for logistics funds and mandates. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Javier was Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. He also worked for EXA and Negocenter, managing office assets. Prior to that, Javier was a Facility Manager for British Telecom in Spain. He started his professional career at Deloitte as a Financial Controller.
