Javier Cornejo
Biography
Javier is CEO and founder of Cornex Capital, created in 2004. He specializes in identifying, originating and advising on real estate investment transactions in Barcelona and Madrid, all types of assets with investment volumes of over 500M euros in recent years. He manages complex transactions, refinancing, and restructuring of real estate companies, looking for operations where he can generate value, negotiating on behalf of the investors, reaching agreements, managing the assets until disinvestment, and making the highest possible return. Javier studied Art History, Management and Urbanism.
