Biography
Jan Verwijs is a Vice President, Asset Management for Jamestown Europe. Mr. Verwijs started his professional career working in Marketing for a fragrance house near Amsterdam, and then as an account manager in its Paris office. He subsequently joined a real estate company based in London that owns and operates prime retail destinations, and was involved in Food & Beverage and Leisure leasing for major redevelopment and repurposing projects across the portfolio. Mr. Verwijs then became an Asset Manager working on strategic retail assets in Birmingham and Aberdeen. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kent in Canterbury and distinctions in his Masters in International Business from Hult International Business School in Shanghai.
