Jamie founded Delancey in 1995. Over the last 25+ years, Jamie has grown Delancey into a leading UK-based real estate investment, development and asset management company, having overseen £20bn of transactions. Jamie has led Delancey to successfully raise and execute five UK real estate investment funds as well as significant segregated mandates for global institutional clients and large family offices. Jamie led the high-profile legacy of the London 2012 Olympic Games, with the acquisition and development of London’s neighbourhood ‘East Village’, the creation of Get Living (now the UK’s leading build-to-rent management company), and most recently oversaw the purchase of the Earl’s Court development, comprising 40 acres of prime redevelopme
