Biography
Prior to establishing the Balmain Asset Management group in 2003, James held various senior positions with Westfield over a ten-year career, culminating in establishing their European shopping centre business in London in 1998. James has been directly involved with 2.7 million sqm and EUR 10.5 billion of shopping centre assets over his thirty-one year career in real estate. James leads the strategy and investments for the Sierra Balmain business.

The Sierra Balmain Group which manages over €1 billion of retail property assets in Poland, also directly leases over 1,100 units and has a project team that has designed or developed around 4.7 million sq.m in the country.
