Biography
James Shaw MRICS is a Global Account Executive at Deepki. He is based in Deepki's London office and is responsible for new business development for large real estate investors. James advises Deepki’s new clients on managing the complex process of collecting, aggregating and reporting their ESG data in order to accelerate their transition to net zero and protect the value of their assets. James is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has an MSC Real Estate from Bayes Business School in London (Cass). He has worked in commercial property for over a decade having previously worked for a PropTech company specializing in transaction data as well as the Capital Markets team at Lambert Smith Hampton.
