James Martinelli

James is responsible for European Sales at Stoneweg and offers prospective investors the opportunity to participate in Stoneweg’s unique real estate equity and debt strategies. Areas of focus have been within the residential, hospitality and last mile logistics sectors in Europe and the US. Before joining Stoneweg in 2020 he previously worked in European Sales roles at Artemis Investment Management, Barings Asset Management and Merrill Lynch. James has a BA Hons in International Business from Brunel University.
