James Burchell is a Partner and Co-founder of Tellon Capital, a UK real estate investment and development firm founded in 2014. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in UK commercial property, including retail, offices, and the private rented sector. Prior to Tellon, he served as CEO of Phoenix Real Estate and Arrowcroft, and managed distressed assets. James is a Chartered Surveyor and contributes to the CBI Business Rates Committee and BPF.
