James Bevans is a Director at Pollen Street Capital Limited, where he significantly contributes to the firm's real estate investment strategy. With over 15 years of real estate experience spanning Europe, the US, and Australia, James focuses on originating and structuring new opportunities, establishing funding arrangements with real estate lending platforms, and managing loan portfolios. He initially joined Pollen Street in 2018 to lead their real estate investment strategy and rejoined in April 2024 as Finance Director. His extensive background includes roles at RBC Real Estate Capital Partners and M&G Investments, focusing on real estate debt origination, credit analysis, and structuring. James is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds degrees from the University of Bristol.
