Jaime leads investment and asset management at Medan — overseeing new and existing investments in our platforms as well as developing new investment thesis and integrated platforms. The firm was founded as a management buyout from Dunas Capital RE division, through a partnership of professionals with a long-lasting relationship in the Spanish RE investment, management and development space. We institutionalise local opportunities and allow international partners to achieve outsized risk-return potential by accessing untapped pockets of value, through active asset management and thematic approaches.
