Biography
Alantra Private Debt manages directly and indirectly c.€1.2bn in AuM focused on the European mid-market with different debt strategies including RE debt, corporate direct lending and special opportunities. Alantra Debt Funds are among the most active in its segment, having closed more than 40 transactions over the last five years in Europe. In RE debt, Alantra Private Debt provides senior (single-digit all-in cost) and/or subordinated financing of all the asset classes (logistic, office, retail, hotel, coliving, other alternative, etc.) including development financing. Jaime Cano is partner in Alantra Private Debt since 2017. Prior to joining Alantra, Jaime was the Head of Real Estate Structured Finance for Iberia in Société Générale CIB.
