Biography
Iván is a registered MRICS valuer and has 20 years of experience in real estate consulting. He will lead Accumin's growth strategy with corporate (B2B) clients, with a unified perspective for Spain and Portugal through close collaboration between teams from both countries. Previously, he held the position of Director of Valuations at the consultancy firm Savills, a position he has held for the last 10 years and where he has been responsible for the valuation of asset portfolios for large clients such as SOCIMIs, financial institutions, insurance companies, investment funds and family offices. His career also includes eight years as a Senior Capital Markets Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield.
