Ilkka Salminen
Biography
Ilkka oversees Slättö’s investments, portfolio and team in Finland. He works with deal sourcing and execution across all of Slättö’s investment strategies. Prior to joining Slättö in 2022, he worked as Investment Manager at NREP for 6 years, being responsible for transactions across several segments in Finland. Ilkka has more than 8 years of industry experience. Prior to that, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company on various client projects across the Nordics. Ilkka holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and Finance from Aalto University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Networks from Aalto University.
