Somos una entidad creada en noviembre de 2012 para ayudar al saneamiento del sector financiero español y, en concreto, a las entidades que arrastraban problemas debido a su excesiva exposición al sector inmobiliario. Recibimos unos 200.000 activos por valor de 50.781 millones de euros, de los que el 80% son activos financieros y el 20% activos inmobiliarios. La mayor parte de nuestro capitales privado, 55%, mientras que el 45% está en manos del Fondo de Reestructuración Ordenada Bancaria (FROB).
