Biography
Iain Fanthorpe serves as Country Manager Czech Republic at Bluehouse Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm. He has been instrumental in key projects, notably guiding the Logistics Park Ostrava Hrusov project from acquisition in 2020 to its successful sale in 2023 as a modern urban logistics hub. Fanthorpe also oversaw a significant €5 million renovation of Prague's Novo Plaza and managed the successful repositioning and sale of Korso Karviná shopping centre, showcasing his expertise in Czech retail and logistics real estate.
