Pereira previously co-founded U.hub, a successful student housing brand, and Shilling, an early-stage VC. At ReVentures, he leads initiatives in student and senior living, overseeing projects that include over 1,400 built beds and more than €300M in ongoing investments across Lisbon and Porto.
