Howard Barnes is responsible for managing the local office in Madrid. Howard has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, with 15 years of direct experience in the Spanish market. Career highlights: Howard has developed some of the most well-known industrial assets in Spain (Amazon Madrid Headquarters) as well as having participated in some of the largest investment transactions in the industrial sector in the last 5 years. Valuing thousands of industrial assets in Spain, Howard has a broad and deep knowledge of the Spanish market. Directed acquisition and disposal teams transacting several billion Euros worth of commercial RE assets in Spain.
