Herman De Beer serves as Senior Director - Real Estate at Bob W, based in France. With an extensive career in the real estate industry since 1999, Herman has held diverse leadership roles, including Director & Shareholder at DMS Development Management Services, Asset Manager at Redefine Income Fund, and Property Director at Virgin Active. He joined Bob W in 2020 as Director of Real Estate, progressing to his current senior position. Herman's expertise spans property development and management, supported by a B.Sc. in Building Science and an ACSCL in Shopping Mall Development & Management from the University of Pretoria.
