Biography
Guy Pasley-Tyler is Co-CEO at Archer Hotel Capital B.V., where he played a pivotal role in the company's 2018 establishment. He is responsible for strategic leadership, portfolio and fund management, oversight of Archer's operating platform, and major renovation and sustainability initiatives. With extensive international hospitality experience, Guy previously led European Portfolio Strategy & Feasibility for Host Hotels. His background also includes advisory work at AECOM Economics and eight years in hotel management across operations and sales & marketing. He holds an MBA and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
