Guillaume Gruchet

Guillaume Gruchet is a Managing Director within the Global Market division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. Guillaume works within the RE Finance group where his focus is on origination, structuring and distribution of real estate debt in EMEA. Guillaume has worked on a wide range of financings from traditional senior lending, opco/propco and mezzanine loans. Between 2009 and 2012, Guillaume worked on the ABS trading desk and was responsible for the CMBS trading book. Prior to joining BofAML in 2006, Guillaume held positions at Rothschild and Fitchratings, always with a focus on real estate and fixed income products. Guillaume started his career in London in 1998 in the real estate & hospitality team at Ernst & Young.
