Biography

I aim to create and boost businesses between international investors, private Equity, and Spanish companies to raise growth capital and sustainable finance for real estate projects.
As investment managers, we cover the entire real estate investment cycle from advisory to identifying opportunities across Spain, capital structure and finance, design and development risk management, and delivery of turnkey projects to private equity investors.
I lead the expansion to growth business matching long-term equity investors with best-in-class residential developers in the Spanish living sector, including Co-living, serviced apartments, and PBSA.
