Biography
Giles Bateman MRICS serves as the Head of Real Estate Europe – Network Development at IWG plc, overseeing the expansion and management of its flexible workspace brands, including Regus and Spaces, across 36 European countries. He joined IWG in 2015, focusing on identifying and launching new locations. Previously, Bateman dedicated nearly two decades to CBRE in France, where he established and developed the Corporate Services business and held a board position. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, he possesses extensive expertise in real estate development and corporate real estate solutions.
