Gennaro Vairo
Biography
Gennaro Vairo serves as the Head of Business Development at DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A. He joined the DeA Capital Group in 2010 as a Financial Analyst, moving to DeA Capital Real Estate SGR's Business Development division in 2012, and advancing to his current leadership role in 2018. Under his guidance, the Business Development team has overseen the structuring and execution of approximately €4.7 billion AuM across 30 new real estate investment vehicles. Vairo holds a Finance degree from Bocconi University. He is also a Member of the Advisory Board of "Monitor sulla Finanza immobiliare CACEIS Investor Services - Università degli Studi di Parma".
