Biography

Fritz Stoessel is a Managing Partner at Peterborough Capital, a principal investment manager he co-founded. With over two decades of combined real estate investment experience across Europe, he previously served as Managing Director and Partner at Sector7 Investors, a Berlin-based property investor and developer. In this role, he was responsible for acquisitions, investment strategy, financing, partnerships, and value creation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he spent six years in the Real Estate Principal Investing Area at Goldman Sachs in London. At Peterborough Capital, Fritz is instrumental in executing a relative value strategy, focusing on real estate opportunities in key markets across Germany, France, and the UK.
