Biography

Frans Heijbel is Managing Director in Heimstaden's European investment team and a member of the Group Investment Committee. Prior to joining Heimstaden in 2022, Frans spent ten years at Alecta where he was responsible for building up and overseeing a EUR 10 billion international real estate portfolio in Europe and the US. Before then he held various senior real estate roles in London and Stockholm. He holds a MSc in Real Estate Finance and Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (2001).
