With 26 years of experience in real estate financing, investment, advisory, and team management, Florence remains deeply passionate about the RE industry. She joined Allianz in 2019 and is in charge of the sourcing and structuring of major real estate loans transactions for local and international Sponsors, with a track record on both Core and developments /major renovations. Actively engaged on the definition of the green targets for the company.
