Biography
Fernando Rodriguez serves as Expansion Director, Iberia at Vita Group, leading the development and acquisitions program for the company's significant expansion across the Iberian Peninsula. He has been instrumental in establishing Vita Group's presence in Spain, including the opening of their Barcelona office. Rodriguez spearheads the launch of key Vita Student projects, such as Vita Student Pedralbes and Poblenou, as part of a strategic investment of 350 million euros in Spain to create approximately 4,500 student beds. He also holds ambitions to extend into cities like Madrid and Lisbon. His expertise drives Vita Group's growth in the European student accommodation market.
