She possesses extensive experience in real estate investment management, specializing in capital raising, investor relations, and fund strategy across European markets. Her career includes senior positions at Cain International and CBRE Global Investors, where she was instrumental in driving significant equity capital growth and overseeing business development, product development, and communications. A qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Felicity has advised on and raised over €10 billion for real estate fund vehicles.
