Federica Comunello
Biography
Federica joined Bayview in 2025. Prior to joining Bayview, she worked as a Senior Advisor in the Finance team at Hines. Before that, she spent three years at DWS Group as a Real Estate Transaction Officer. She also served as a Vice President in the Investment and Acquisitions team at Colony Capital and, earlier in her career, was an Associate in the Real Estate Finance team at Venn Partners. Federica began her career as a Real Estate M&A Analyst at Citi in London. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from Bocconi University.
