Fabrice Fubert

Fabrice Fubert began his career in 1998 at Larry Smith Consulting in the department dedicated to studies for shopping centres. After the creation of The Retail Consulting Group following the merger of the former consulting firms Matthews & Goodman and Larry Smith Consulting, he joined the valuation department in 2003, then joined the company's investment department in 2005 and took over as head of the department the following year. He became Chief Executive Officer in 2010, a position he held until joining Up! Real Estate. He is now the Chairman of UP! REAL.ESTATE, an independent consultancy firm which offers a complete service in commercial real estate by supporting clients in the complete value creation chain.
