Fabrice Cervoni is the Managing Director for France at Scannell Properties, tasked with expanding the company's industrial and logistics real estate portfolio in the region. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, he brings over 20 years of experience in the sector. Before joining Scannell Properties in November 2021, Fabrice served as Southern Europe Managing Director at GLP and was Capital Transactions Director for Continental Europe at Goodman. His expertise includes development and investment in industrial, logistics, and e-commerce projects, with a focus on speculative and build-to-suit developments, including XXL warehouses and urban logistics. Known for his leadership, Fabrice has extensive experience working with users and institutional investors.
