Fabio Filadelli

A senior real estate executive with extensive experience in asset management, urban regeneration, and the development of real estate service platforms. He began his career in Italy managing prime assets before joining IKEA Group, where he contributed to the consolidation of the company’s presence in Italy and later led the start-up of its operations in the UK. After completing a Master’s in Real Estate Investment Management, he joined Nhood, part of the Association Familiale Mulliez, where he advanced to Head of Property Management and subsequently Business Development Director, focusing on expanding the company’s real estate services platform across Southern Europe and Central & Eastern Europe. Currently Chief Development Officer at Protos, where he is responsible for driving growth across the group’s technical advisory, compliance, and risk management services, strengthening Protos’ position as a leading partner for investors, lenders, and corporates in the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors.
