Biography
Fabio is CEO of Redo Sgr since 2019. A certified BCorp, Redo is an Italian RE fund and investment management company focused on urban regeneration and mixed use development, mainly residential (PRS and affordable housing) and student housing (PBSA). Fabio has more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate, having served previously as Managing Director GE Real Estate Italy, Project Director Hines, CEO Amplus, CEO Polaris Real Estate, Managing Director and Board Member InvestiRE Sgr. He has extensive knowledge of the Italian market and real estate transactions and development process, having dealt with the start-up of Real Estate investment businesses and fund management companies and structured numerous deals and fund vehicles.
