Biography

Rezső Ezer is Director at Futureal, one of the leading real estate development and investment groups in Central and Eastern Europe. With a total project value of €6 billion and over 2 million square meters of developments completed or underway, Futureal focuses on comprehensive urban renewal projects, large-scale mixed-use schemes, and various property types, including office, retail, residential, and logistics. Rezső is actively seeking long-term strategic partnerships with institutional investors, including insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and state-backed funds, to provide capital for future developments and co-investing in prime core commercial real estate assets. He is particularly interested in finding medium-to-large-scale co-investor partners for Futureal’s commercial asset portfolio in Hungary and expanding FutureRezső Ezer is Director at Futureal, one oal's presence in Poland, Romania, Spain, the UK , and Germany, with a potential future focus on the Netherlands and Italy.
