Biography
Enzo Guidez is an Investment Director at Mitiska REIM, a European investor specializing in convenience real estate. He joined the company in 2017 as an Investment Analyst and is a key member of the dedicated Spanish and Portuguese investment team. Enzo's expertise focuses on identifying and executing investment opportunities across Europe, notably contributing to Mitiska REIM's portfolio expansion in Portugal, which includes numerous retail parks and mixed-use assets. Prior to Mitiska REIM, he worked in capital markets consulting at CBRE and Retail Partners Europe in Lisbon. Enzo holds a postgraduate degree in finance from the University of Porto.
