Biography

Emilio Velasco is the Head of Real Assets - Iberia at Tikehau Capital, a role he assumed after joining the firm in 2019 as an Investment Director in the Real Estate team. With close to 20 years of experience in real estate and investment, he has overseen over €2 billion in real estate acquisitions across various asset classes. Prior to Tikehau Capital, Emilio served as Vice President at Kennedy Wilson, leading real estate acquisition activities in Spain and Portugal. His professional background also includes positions at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Credit Suisse Investment Banking. Emilio holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BBA & LLB from ICADE.
